The benefit of this type of training is that the learner
earns-while-they-learn. All vocational training is co-ordinated with the employer
to ensure it meets their specific business needs and requirements, but is also
designed so that the individual learner achieves nationally accredited and
recognised qualifications such as NVQ’s, Apprenticeships, Advanced
Apprenticeships or Technical Certificates.
