The Contact Centre environment is now key to most large organisations. Elmfield Training have developed a number of programmes for individuals who are either new to the industry or have experience in this field.

The Elmfield Training Contact Centre Apprenticeship covers all areas of operation from call handling, IT support, helpdesk and training. There are two core units and a range of optional units to make it flexible for individual organisations to adapt the experience to satisfy their particular workplace.
