Elmfield has established a unique and progressive system that enables our team to work with employers to adapt their own training and induction programmes in order to align with the government agenda. As we are not sector-specific, we are able to work in any industry to bring their training and development programmes in line with the recognised standards. The usual process would be:

• Initial engagement with prospective client
• Understanding business to identify why training is needed and how they would benefit
• Understanding of workforce to identify if government support is available.
• Discussion about process and the extent of involvement of Elmfield, and whether the employer should register with the National Employer Service.
• Mapping of existing training against national standards, and planning for supplementary training.
• Launch training programme.
• Assessment and verification.
• Development of next phase, or close engagement to allow employer to progress “provider-free”.
